Job Description :
1. 10 Years Experience in Southern Cuisine
2. Must be proficient in Authentic Northern French Cuisine
3. Must be proficient in Authentic Southern French Cuisine
4. Must have experience in at least 4 organizations serving authentic Southern Cuisine
5. Experience in international (Multinational) restaurants.
6. Able to lead a kitchen of 10 + Staff members
Employment Status :
1. Full Time (2 years minimum)
Educational Requirement :
1. Any formal education on F&B, Culinary Education and Professional Training is encouraged.
Additional Requirements :
1. Good Recommendations will be preferred
