Job Position : Technician
Responsible & Reporting To: Board of Directors
Location: Gazipur, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities :
01:Assembly & Production Line Operations: Operating state-of-the-art production lines to process raw materials (leather, rubber, synthetic textiles, PVC/PU soles) into finished footwear.
02: Specialized Product Manufacturing: Producing diverse footwear categories-including waterproof outdoor/hiking boots, athletic sneakers, casual footwear, and children’s dress shoes and sandals.
03: Capacity & Throughput Planning: Managing high-volume output (often reaching millions of pairs annually) to fulfill bulk corporate orders and export commitments on time.
Job Requirements:
Education: Post Graduate/HSC in related field with extensive practical knowledge & skills in Electric Industry
Experience: 5 Years
Compensation Package:
Negotiable, aligned with Bangladesh Shoes industries best practices.
