Responsible & Reporting To: Board of Directors
Location : Gazipur, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities :
01- Product Quality & Safety: Designing shoes that protect the foot, support proper posture, and prevent biomechanical injuries.
02- Sourcing safe, non-toxic materials that meet international consumer product safety regulations.
03- Ethical Labor & Sustainability.
04- Providing clear sizing standards, helpful fitting advice, and a range of widths or inclusive designs.

Job Requirements :
Education : Post Graduate/HSC in related field with extensive practical knowledge & skills in Shoes Industry.
Experience : 5 Years

Compensation Package :
Negotiable, aligned with Bangladesh electric industry best practices.
